- Few people know it, but the ground provides a subtle electric signal that maintains health
- We don’t all have the ability to sing out over a racing train, but we do have the power
- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.
- The superior doctor prevents sickness; The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness;
- Constipated despite a real food diet, detox, exercise, water (and more)?
- A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.
AGING : What’s Life Got To Do With It ?
“Nature gives you the face you have at twenty; it is up to you to merit the face you have at fifty.” ~Coco Chanel~
AGRED! One must not concentrate so much on the exterior, let alone support the toxic billion dollar cosmetic industry in that pursuit. Detox and diet go a long way in our face value, aging gracefully, and WITH spring in step. Respect the body, and our mind and spirit benefit.
Feeling old before our time can be mind over matter. However, I know there are certain causes that aren’t always easy to avoid, such as fatigue caused by pain and its vicious cycle.
“The first thing we thought of is that people who feel older than their chronological age are sicker, and that is why they are at greater risk of dying,” Andrew Steptoe, ~University College London~
AGREED AGAIN! However, the opposite can be true. It is not just the hand that feeds us that is responsible for health or sickness, it is the mind that affect both. In order to feel our age or younger, effort on our part is required. So simple, yet bears repeating. “A new study says feeling sprightly might suggest a person has more time left than people who feel their age or older.” ~Kathryn Doyle~ Enough with the studies, and on with respect for oneself.
“I’m happy to report that my inner child is still ageless.” ~James Broughton~ **and freeeee!!
