TeapotA great way to start your day any time of year is to drink a glass of warm to hot water with fresh lemon juice. In the colder months, it’s an extra special way to warm up first thing in the morning and help get your metabolism going and your liver stimulated, which can easily help to ↓ fat ↑ health.

This simple daily routine can help get your body started on flushing toxins. Since we crave what’s in our blood, you can expect cravings to subside over time (even quicker with some deep down detoxing).

Don’t have lemons at the moment… not-a-problem! You can still start your day with room temperature, warm or hot water – it ‘s a great way to help break the fast before breakfast. A cold weather habit worthy of you doing any time of year. Consider it teetotal-ing without the tea!
