Coo Coo For Coconuts?

Whether you like the brown mature coconuts or the young white ones, coconuts have been referred to as “the tree that supplies all that is needed to live.” Studies have shown coconut  (and oil) eating island people are virtually free from degenerative disease.

Feeling dehydrated? Need a better sports replacement drink? Coconut water is so similar to human blood composition it was used intravenously by Japanese doctors in World War II. Coconuts are also excellent for kidney stones, intestinal worms, cataracts, rashes and more! They are anti-viral, fungal, bacterial and parasitic.

The best way to consume is to buy your own – I buy a case of young white coconuts at my local Asian Market. With a little Know How, you can open, drink and eat. At times I open and blend the water and meat of all 9 coconuts then fill up a gallon jug. Depending on taste, you can dilute it with filtered water and get even more. I’ve done it both ways, either way is better and fresher than any store bought bottle of overpriced coconut water. For around $10 you get it straight from the coconut, no fillers, no sugar, no fancy packaging.
