Detox Disease Away
Cut and dry, tried and true. We can help our body reverse ailments and dis-ease with simple changes in diet – the following simple and slight changes will benefit you greatly. It is a slow, steady, effective process that can transform your life and quickly become a healthy habit. The following ideas/suggestions of omitting certain foods will help get your body in detox mode. Many of these foods are sticky, acidic, and/or mucus forming. Mucus is the body’s way of protecting itself from harm. Many cysts and tumors are from excess mucus. By adding more live raw foods to you meals, they will act as a broom to help sweep out toxic waste, the waste responsible for trapping much. Add detoxing to the mix, and you’ll be well on your way to health and wellness sooner.
- cutting back on or eliminate white flour, sugar, and pasta.
- aim to eat healthy most hours of the day/days of the week.
- drink at least half your weight in ounces of water
- aim to eat dinner no later than 6PM
- aim to include half raw foods (fruits, veggies, salads, nuts, seeds, etc).
- eat only when hungry – eat to satisfaction, not to fullness.
- make your meals colorful – the more color, the more vitamins.
- avoid frying foods – eat raw, steam, boil, saute, bake instead.
- eat organic when possible – buying direct from farm is fresh and costs less.
