If Fat Were Fattening, I’d Be Fat!

Between eating plenty of fat and eating healthy most hours of the day and days of the week, a Muffin Top will never find its way under mine. My top/blouse that is. NOTE: While some have accused me of being against overweight persons, I know differently. What I am against is DIS-ease. Helping others live long naturally is my purpose and passion. Just know… obesity is neither a life sentence, nor is it genetic.

It never ceases to amaze me to see and hear those in need of weight loss either count calories or avoid fat like the plague. First of all, if you find yourself reading labels for calories, this should raise a red flag that the food is processed. Most are and made to be highly addictive and oh so fattening.
THINk outside the box
Since grocery stores carry far from real food, best way to achieve optimal weight is to shop the outer 4 walls. <<<That, and eat before you go. Then plan your menu and write your list according to the store layout. Obviously this will help prevent shortcuts into forbidden FrankenFood zones (should you forget something).
Without going to astray from the good fat, this Bulletproof Coffee is a great way to add it to your diet. For not being a coffee drinker… It. Is. DIVINE! Though, been having it w/o the coconut oil–that there gets used on this winters’ dry itchy skin. I do however add it to my tea on occasion.
With this drink, there is no spike in energy followed by a crash and hunger. The fat keeps you satisfied for hours and the coffee (in moderation) helps burn fat, bring calm energy and more.

**another sure fire way to lose weight using coffee is by doing enemas! I’ve listed this post under Chronic Pain (as well) because it helps with that. So much so, that it was used during World War II for that very reason.

**one thing I want to mention is that some optimal weight or even “skinny” people can actually have more internal fat than obese individuals, which… is even more unhealthy. Also, what was once considered optimal weight is now seen as skinny. I know because I’ve been called that and even anorexic. Go figure?
