- Few people know it, but the ground provides a subtle electric signal that maintains health
- We don’t all have the ability to sing out over a racing train, but we do have the power
- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.
- The superior doctor prevents sickness; The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness;
- Constipated despite a real food diet, detox, exercise, water (and more)?
- A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.
Fat Friend Foes
Researchers at Harvard University predict if our friends become obese, we are half as likely to become obese as well. They also state 42% of Americans will be considered obese (over the course of 20 years). Believing this increases your chance of it being true, exercising your will power and controlling your taste buds won’t. Research and doctors can state their findings and give a prognosis of dis-ease and/or death all they want. Ultimately, the way we look and feel is our doing. This study goes on to say, ” obesity can spread like an infectious disease and people can catch it from their friends.” When and where does the brainwashing end?
In conclusion, they believe befriending only thin people does not guarantee you’ll be thin. Of course it doesn’t, but it is an excuse many use. Meaning, some blame eating out to places not so thin friends choose causes weight gain. Like being a vegetarian in a meaty restaurant, there is always something to eat. Same goes for someone wanting to lose weight. Unless someone has a forced you to eat, what goes in your mouth (and around your waist) is no fault to others. If anyone buys into this, then yes, they’ve lost half the battle and they will be the ones half as likely to become obese.
“Shrinking someone’s stomach to the size of a walnut with surgery is one way to battle obesity and diabetes and may be lifesaving for a few, but it doesn’t address the underlying causes.” ~Mark Hyman~
