Laughing Gas For Depression?

“Our Generation has had no Great war, no Great Depression. Our war is spiritual. Our depression is our lives.” ~Chuck Palahniuk~
So true on that quote! As for laughing gas, I do NOT see the logic in using it for depression, I find it hilarious in a non-humorous sad sort of way. Laughter is great medicine–so good, some have healed themselves of cancer from that alone. However, this quick fix is just another outside treatment for an inside condition.
“As many as one-third of patients with clinical depression do not respond to existing treatments, which points to the need to develop more effective therapies. Laughing gas is attractive because its side effects are limited — the most common are nausea and vomiting — and it leaves the body very quickly after people stop breathing the gas.” ~ScienceDaily.com~
**”more effective therapies” with a win-win outcome for long lasting results.
Whether you are in need of anger management, energy, weight loss or some creativity… cleaning your liver can help those, depression and more! It is THEE best antidote for darn near everything that ails you. That and forgiveness can bring back the child in each of us AND restore our health. I’ll never forget how I felt following asking for forgiveness (on my bitterness) to 30-some people and/or companies. After crying 3 months, I literally felt like a child again.
“Nutrition, Detoxification, and Depression
An additional avenue through which nutrition can help mood disorders is via liver detoxification, which can influence mood via the modification of steroid hormone metabolism (e.g., DHEA, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol).” ~PsychologyToday.com~
After helping a woman who suffered from depression for over a year (following the death of her father). It took just one week into her bowel/liver cleanse and she was literally renewed, happy and walking with a spring in her step. An FYI should you decide to do, please do your homework and/or ask for help from someone in The Know BEFORE trying. I speak from experience–my first liver cleanse I thought I was gonna die. My liver was releasing toxins, but my bowel didn’t want to eliminate them. It was recirculating the toxins, which becomes a whole new problem known as autointoxication.
“Is life worth living? It all depends on the liver.” ~William James~
