Live Long Naturally RELAUNCH

By on December 30, 2012

ugh, how time flies! A few setbacks on the necessary journey and VOILA, I’m back (and a bit more voicestress than ever)! It is… after all, the healthy thing to do! So, despite being out of the blogging loop, behind the scenes work continued daily. And although absent from here, not the social networks. I love what I do too much to sit idle – I literally jump out of bed (without an alarm clock) at the crack of dawn to begin my days. My wish remains the same – to empower all to live long naturally. I’ve learned a lot since starting this blog (and writing my first book).

Time away was not by choice, sometimes we are forced into down time. An old injury caused a new injury, then a botched surgery caused even more issues, which… left untreated had me feeling like I was about to crash and burn. The upside? My pain taught me much. So much so, I’ve got another book to write. And after years of failed attempts to feel and sleep better the “western way,” I began to realize why people hired Dr. Kevorkian. It was then that I took “them” up on their “offer.” A phone call and one month later, my life permanently changed. I can neither take back my decision, nor can they put back my 2 ribs and 2 muscles.

Fast forward and my body began shutting down. Becoming structurally imbalanced can literally leave us twisted inside. This was me – systems were affected, including my diaphragm. I thank all the gods that I was introduced to an awesome chiropractor and a wonderful osteopath – both have given me ME back. Of course I wish I had met them before all this. I know without a doubt that both could have helped spare me my ribs.
.
Structural health challenges behind me, I know I’ve been spared for a reason. I’m happy to be back and feeling better than I have in years. May we all learn, grow, and lead ourselves into optimal health (in the least invasive of ways). I welcome your comments, questions, and suggestions. Together we can help make the world a healthier place!
