Master Cleanse PLUS- Day 5
5 down, 5 to go…
Misery loves company… NOT!
Aside from being a tad tired today and getting a slight headache, feeling great! Climbed the tree to get lemons for a sister-in-law, but that was the extent of my exercise.
No salt water or enema, did do oil pulling, 90 ounces of Master Cleanse drink, some water and took some liquid probiotic. Making sure I don’t wipe out all the ‘good bacteria’ in my gut.
Will give it my all tomorrow by adding all the extras and exercising.
Tid bit #1: quite often when detoxing, you may experience bad breath and/or body odor… especially if your body is in dire need of cleaning out. Body odor can be eliminated by using raw apple cider vinegar. Dab some under your arms and wait 2 minutes before getting in the shower. Lime is also great to use after shower. Chances are, you won’t need deodorant after your shower. For less than fresh breath, be sure to dental floss, brush (your tongue too), and you can rinse with water and baking soda.
Tid bit #2: the warmer months are the best time to do any type of fast – we tend to eat less and drink more during those times. Although the Master Cleanse is on the longer side, it is quite flexible. Drink at your leisure, but DO drink! Many other cleanses require you drink something every hour or so… great cleanses, they just take a lil more preparing on your part. If you’re considering a fasting cleanse, do before cooler temps and wean yourself off food.
