- Few people know it, but the ground provides a subtle electric signal that maintains health
- We don’t all have the ability to sing out over a racing train, but we do have the power
- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.
- The superior doctor prevents sickness; The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness;
- Constipated despite a real food diet, detox, exercise, water (and more)?
- A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.
All-In-One Flu Shot And Flab Buster?
Looks like getting our midsection in tip top shape from the inside out can be accomplished with more than just diet, detox, and neck breaking crunches. A 2-minute belly rub, done twice daily helps beat the battle of the bulge and rid the body of toxic sludge, something we all have (overweight or not). If you find it hard to believe, but are susceptible to colds, flu, or allergies. then chances are toxic waste, in the form of chronic constipation is indeed the cause. This filth (and potential fat), however are the least of your problems. Dis-ease and death know no boundaries. It’s been said that John Wayne had 40 pounds and Elvis Presley, 60 pounds of toxic waste stuck in their colon at the time of their autopsies.
“Usually you pass it all in two or three days, but at the autopsy we found stool in his colon which had been there for four or five months because of the poor motility of the bowel.” ~Dr. Nick Nichopoulos, Elvis Presley’s friend and physician~
Of course, the fact that Elvis’s doctor prescribed more than 5,000 pills and tablets in the form of uppers and downers didn’t help that handsome talented man live long or healthily. Keeping our innards clean is Mother Nature’s one-size-DOES-fit-all flu shot. Ever since I began my detox journey over 15 years, I’ve gotten the flu once (and that was due to stress). Not only do I rarely get sick (or bloated) these days, I rid myself of parasites and gallstones, both of which cause disease. Aside from the structural damage, I feel better now at 50 than I did in my late 20’s!
“A healthy body is a guest-chamber for the soul; a sick body is a prison.” ~Francis Bacon~
Since our gut is responsible for more than 75% of our immune system, keeping it clean helps keep us lean, not to mention lighter, brighter, happier and healthier. It is nature’s prebiotic, probiotic, and flu shot all-in-one. Another plus is… what’s good for the belly is also great for the brain. Body, mind, or spirit… help one, and all others reap the benefits.
“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” ~ JFK~
A healthy body does not come from antibiotics or a flu shot, it comes from keeping the gut clean, plain and simple. Antibiotics ruin the kidneys and wreak havoc on the gut, leaving more people in a bloated rut (to say the least). And flu shots… those have been tied to Alzheimer’s. Whether you’re trying to whittle the waistline or WAIVE the flu goodbye (from this season forward), this belly rub is worthy of addiction. We can thank Stephen Chang, a Western and Chinese medically trained doctor for bringing this 6000 year old internal exercise to us. It is said to come from ancient Chinese sages and work by stimulating the digestive system to release toxic waste in the gut and surrounding fat cells.
I believe there is much truth to this exercise. Prior to my shoulder/neck injury, I was a newly licensed massage therapist. One of my classes included lymphatic massage. It is very similar to this belly rub, EXCEPT we were taught to do the circles clockwise. Reason being is that our large intestine empties itself clockwise. Up the ascending colon/right side, across the transcending colon (right to left upper abdomen), then down descending colon/left side. This of course as you work your way out from the belly button CLOCKWISE.
With flu season upon us, this 2-minute exercise is especially great. I don’t have weight to lose, but going through the change/perimenopause has slowed down my plumbing. So much so that major bloating can appear like excess inches every now and then. Aside from eating real food and near daily walks, my favorite belly buster is my hula hoop. If six-pack abs are what you’re after, a weighted hula hoop helps! I for one am not easily impressed, but I was amazed at what just 5 minutes a day can do.
All in all, it’s been said, we rest we rust. There is no substitute for real food and physical exercise other than eating and doing it. This 2-minute belly rub is just a win-win icing on the cake way to help you look and feel your best!
“We do not stop exercising because we grow old – we grow old because we stop exercising.” ~Dr. Kenneth Cooper, Cooper Institute~
