Pain And Its Not-So-Common Triggers

THAT I believe is partly due to the damage it does to your internal organs, namely your kidneys and liver. Both of which are needed to keep your blood clean.
Although this article only lists 6 fairly unknown causes of pain, I give several more that I know from firsthand experience.
STRESS can wreak havoc on muscles (and vice versa), thereby causing spasms and misalignments to the point of doctors wanting to pull out their scalpel. DON’T GIVE IN–try deep massage first.
DIET is a huge factor on pain. If you wake up in pain or even blurry eyed for that matter, think back to what you ate the day before. I’ve found… the more I eat late, the more I’ll wake up with a back ache. And not so much from bones or muscles, but more on the toxic fermenting waste pressing on them AND my kidneys. An FYI… eating a lot late can also cause you to wake up hungrier than hungry! Ahhhh?? Certain foods, as good as they can be for us are also known to cause pain. Nightshades are one example. For me, that includes eggplant. My gut knows to avoid.
DEHYDRATION! Our body, like our brain need water and fat. And just as our vehicle needs proper fluid levels to keep it running smoothly, our body is no different. Even most headaches can be prevented and reversed with ample amounts of water. Add to that ginger, and it’s a win-win way to go.

DETOX (need of)– dirty blood = more pain
WALKING (lack of)! Like a car that sits too long can sputter and stop, so can we. As my former employer always says… we rest, we rust.
