- Few people know it, but the ground provides a subtle electric signal that maintains health
- We don’t all have the ability to sing out over a racing train, but we do have the power
- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.
- The superior doctor prevents sickness; The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness;
- Constipated despite a real food diet, detox, exercise, water (and more)?
- A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.
Uninsured? Afford Health Care By Taking Action
you do NOT need healthcare to be well. True health care starts with you and what is at the end of your fork. We don’t buy insurance to keep our vehicle running. No – common sense tells us to add factory suggested fuel, change the oil and filter, and do required maintenance to keep it running smooth longer. That’s a gimme and we all know it. Yet, treating the body with equal respect continues to be avoided like the plague and handed over to someone else (to do the job). According to Lawyers.com, medical debt is a leading cause of bankruptcy. Something so preventable, yet so common.
Disrespect for ones body boggles my mind. Our body is a gem of an engine that welcomes and works nonstop for each and everyone of us. It provides us with our 5 senses AND intuition. How can we ignore the body that grants us the choice to rest or run, to entertain or be entertained, to procreate or not, to simply be, and… to come and go as we please? Getting behind the wheel to carry on with what we call “life” won’t be so easy when the one behind the wheel isn’t running so well. And, as if ignoring one’s body is not enough, the multitasking while driving is another avoidable health hazard, one that could affect more than the owners life.
Contrary to popular belief, failing to go to a doctor or fill a prescription does not lead to being sick, diet and lifestyle do. For whatever odd reason… many truly believe they are sick because of not having insurance. This is ignorance, not to mention absurd! Disease prevention can start and stop with us. Not an insurance company or some lengthy study of time and money spent telling everyone exactly how many “poor souls” are without insurance. It is a poorer soul who believes all this and another who does not believe yet, who chooses to do nothing.
“There are two obstacles to vibrant health and longevity; ignorance and complacency. ~World Health Organization~
I for one will not put my health care solely in the hands of another, or in our country for that matter. I won’t buy into Pharmageddon, and I certainly won’t go broke over medical bills. That’d be like filing bankruptcy over car repairs. If you prefer to wait on someone else to care for you, you may die a slow suicide on drugs. Enough with the stigma of being uninsured. The best use of time and energy can go on self care and enjoying life – only then will you have thee best insurance, preventative medicine, and true health care. With self care, only major medical insurance be all that is needed. It would empower people to think for themselves rather than run to a doctor for every ailment, fever, or rash (and more). The trickling effect would be a win-win… healthier people and lower health care costs once and for all!
