Weight Loss Without Dieting

We all have a choice on how well and attractively we age…
Fat is not fate! When someone is over weight, they are responsible for it. Genetics is rarely a reason why people are overweight. Diet and lifestyle are to blame. Cutting back on white flour, white sugar, and white pasta alone will help you lose weight. There are healthy alternatives for each. Drinking more water will help your body flush out excess water, waste, AND weight. A few more tips:
- Avoid diets – they deprive you of certain foods, and deprivation quite often leads to binging.
- Snacks are not meant to be a meal – even a small bag of chips has been super-sized… STOP GRAZING!
- Savor the taste to lessen thy waist – chew your food slowly (to a liquid), from a 9″ plate with a small spoon/fork.
How do you want to look and feel for days and decades to come? Before you eat, ask yourself if it will help you look and feel better or worse. A simple as this seems, it has helped me and others time and time again.
