Breath of Life – Lung Detox

A few days ago I posted a simple inexpensive remedy for getting more oxygen into your body. I have been doing it 5 times a day and liking it! I’ve helped many use this for lung related issues such as asthma and bronchitis.

Living just outside of Los Angeles, we are experiencing fires (again), so needless to say, I can’t run outdoors. I woke up to a sore throat from the current poor air quality.With or without a fire, the air we breathe can pollute our body. This is one reason why it is important for us to breathe deeply, especially on exhalation.

Whether you are in good health or not, detox your body regularly and try eating healthy most days of the week and hours of the day. Be proactive with your health instead of waiting for some “Healthcare Reform.” It will never be a  magic bullet and it certainly be used in place of being proactive with your health. More importantly and despite leaps and bounds in medical advances… it  all too often does not “find” illness in our body until it is advanced, which… oftentimes is too late. That’s when the death sentence comes.

Don’t wait for something to break down before you take yourself serious.
