- Few people know it, but the ground provides a subtle electric signal that maintains health
- We don’t all have the ability to sing out over a racing train, but we do have the power
- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.
- The superior doctor prevents sickness; The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness;
- Constipated despite a real food diet, detox, exercise, water (and more)?
- A man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.
Free WiFi With Sunscreen
Being highly sensitive to the sun, I LOVE this idea for beach goers!
“Shadow Wifi System, on Playa Agua Dulce in Peru. The large blue structure lures beach-goers out of the sun with the promise of Wifi: the network is free but it is only available in the shade, providing users with a much needed break from the sun’s potentially harmful rays and educating them about the dangers of skin cancer.” ~Springwise.com~

For years, I’ve been telling my darling 9 y/o niece to take care of her skin. I’d also say… “You don’t want to look like beef jerky.” Then lo’ and behold, I came across this photo to remind her.
The time to start taking care of your skin is now. If you think sunspots, skin cancer and dry wrinkled skin can’t happen to you, think again. Having worked 7 years in concrete construction, I had my share of sun damage. Though, thanks to detox and diet, I’ve been able to reverse most of it. My best weapons against it have been hats, diet and sunscreen off and on throughout the years.
If sunscreen is not your thing, I don’t blame you. Some body friendly ways to EAT your sunscreen can be found here. And others you can take in supplement form.
As for the free Wifi one the beach? What’s not to love!
