- In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities:
- It is nutrient-rich food the places a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
- The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature
- To be free from pain through an injection or a pill has nothing to do with
- We live and boast of what we own; We die . . . and only get a stone.

Your Skin Loves Garlic
oh the many virtues of garlic. While many avoid it like the plague, those who eat it see and feel what it does for them.
yada yada yada…
#1 excuse I hear to avoid garlic is, they don’t wanna smell like it. Interestingly, what I’ve found is most people don’t mind the smell. If there’s even a scent. Sure it may offend a lover of FrankenFood, but do you really care?
Quite frankly, most eaters of processed food don’t have such a keen sense of smell. So all sides of the clove are good!
2 ways I’ve helped clients consume are:
1. GREAT FOR PREVENTION– Mince 3 cloves and put in guacamole. Fat in avocado cuts heat of garlic. Tasty in wraps, on toast, over brown rice cake. Or as a side dish. Garlic does more than get and keep you well, your skin loves garlic.
2. GREAT FOR A COLD/FLU/DIS-EASE–Cut lemon in half. Squeeze and use juice any way you prefer. Then scoop out each half of squeezed lemon. Place a peeled clove inside and eat as 2 mini wraps. Spruce up with spices and/or honey if you’d like. **those with sensitive teeth, go easy, rinse mouth with baking soda water afterwards and/or avoid this one :-/
While this article lists 5 benefits of eating, #6 is it’s a prebiotic.
“Probiotics are found in foods such as yogurt, while prebiotics are found in whole grains, bananas, onions, garlic, honey and artichokes. In addition, probiotics and prebiotics are added to some foods and available as dietary supplements.” ~MayoClinic.org~
